■2. Where do I buy Members Discount Price Tickets?

Telephone Reservations, Members Only Online Shop.

* To access the Members Online shop, you will need to register as a Positive Production online member. From the members page, access any of the concert pages to access the members purchasing page.

※Please observe that the Members Only Shop is for a limited time only. If you purchase tickets after the limited time period, you will be charged the full ticket price.

■3. What is the process of buying online tickets?

　Click 「Add to Cart」 and click 「View Cart」

　Click 「Check-out」

　If you click 「Continue Shopping」 it will take your back to the goods/ticket purchasing page.

■4. How will I receive the tickets when I buy them Online?

Tickets will be mailed to your specified address.

Tickets are generally mailed out to customers within 2 weeks of money transfer.

■5. What is the difference between buying tickets online and over the phone?

It is all a matter of preference.

＊ Telephone Reservations：Money Transfer to designated bank.

＊Online：Using your personal PayPal account or with a credit card.

Both Online and Telephone Reserved tickets will be sent via Mail.

■6. Can I change/cancel my ticket reservations?

You may change or cancel your reservations only if you have not yet completed payment.

■7. What is the minimum age requirement for going to the concert?
For safety purposes, please be advised that children under 7 years old will not be able to enter the venue.

■9. How do I become a Positive Production Mobile Member？

You can use our QR code that is placed on our website/flyers etc. and you will automatically receive an email.

You can send an empty text to p-p@xdm.jp, you will receive an email immediately. To complete the registration process, follow the instructions written in the email.

l Registration is FREE.

■10. Where can I find my Members ID#?

Your members ID# is at the top of your members page. The number is 5 digits and will start with [#00000]

*Receiving your ID# may take a few days.
